Suzanne recently helped me find tenants for 2 condo rentals in Forest Park. She was very professional in helping me find the best available tenants. I found her to be very easy to communicate with and detail orientated in every step of the process. Suzanne is one of the best professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She goes above and beyond even the most unreasonable expectations. She helped my fiance sell his house, and I was living there with my dog at the time. Not only was she there for almost every showing (if not all showings), she was kind enough to walk my dog too! She also offered to be there when we had people coming in to do work in the house during the day, so that we wouldn't have to take time off of work. She was very communicative with us, and gave us feedback from each prospective buyer. This helped us to know what we could change to make the house more appealing to buyers (i.e. paint color), and also know about what we couldn't change and would just have to be patient with (i.e. the house being on a busy street). When we had an actual buyer she kept us apprised along the way. We never had to ask her what was going on, because we could trust in her to tell us right away whenever there was any sort of update, big or small. She also helped us purchase our new home together. Suzanne lives in Chicago, but she was willing to travel anywhere at almost any time. We had her out as far as Lake Zurich for hours, on more than one occasion. She never once made us feel hurried or rushed. You would think we were her only clients, but we most certainly were not. The time and attention she gave us made us feel that way, which makes her such a joy to work with. She patiently walked through the house with us, and took a genuine interest in the details. She loves the details, and that was so so helpful! She is so knowledgeable on so many components of a home, which was really impressive. Suzanne was fantastic. I worked with her in 2016 and the timing just wasn't right. In 2017 we got down to business. I gave her an unrealistic list of wants and she was up for the challenge. We worked well together, she sent me properties daily and I even sent a few her way. She was on top of them all, communicating with me well. The market is tough in Chicago and she always pushed to get me into properties as quickly as possible. It all paid off when we found "the one." Suzanne made the process of buying our first home far easier than we ever thought it would be. We wanted a very specific type of condo in a somewhat limited neighborhood, and knew it might take a couple of years for something to open up. Suzanne was very patient and understood exactly what we were looking for and didn't try to push us into other neighborhoods just so she could make a sale. She was willing to deal with us for the next several years if necessary. Luckily we found a place we wanted after about 6 months.
